Brenderup launches Click & Collect for trailers

A big step is taken in Brenderup Group's digital strategy when the Click & Collect service for trailers is now launched in Germany, Poland, and Denmark. The service enables consumers to easily order their trailer online and then pick it up at selected authorized Brenderup dealers.
The launch of Click & Collect in Germany, Poland, and Denmark is part of Brenderup Group's ambition to expand its digital presence and get closer to end consumer. The company plans to launch the service in more markets in Europe in the coming months.
”Our long-term e-commerce ambition is to offer end consumers the chance to buy and order trailers, accessories and spare parts online in close collaboration with our dealers. The fact that we are now launching Click & Collect in three of our markets is therefore an important and big step towards that goal. We have already tested the concept in Denmark in 2023 and are now taking lessons and insights from it into the larger rollout”, explains Henrik de Verdier, Group Sales & Marketing Director at Brenderup Group.
For the end consumer, the service means that selected trailers can be ordered at any time of the day at brenderup.com. The consumer receives confirmation of their order and information about when the trailer is ready to be picked up at the selected dealer. All selected dealers are authorized within Brenderup's range.

Click & Collect gives consumers several advantages:
- Convenience: Consumers can order their trailer anytime, anywhere, without physically visiting a dealership.
- Flexibility: Consumers can choose to pick up their trailer at the dealer that suits them best.
- Time saving: Consumers avoid queuing in the store and can pick up their trailer at a time that suits them.
