Mont Blanc group strengthens its position in european market through acquisition of automaxi solar

Mont Blanc Group has December 29th acquired all assets in the French company AutoMaxi Solar. "AutoMaxi Solar strengthens our position and presence in France and across Europe", says Rutger Barrdahl, Business Area Director for Load Carriers and CEO for Brenderup Group. "The acquisition secures our position as one of the main suppliers of load carrying equipment’s in Europe and gives us potential to expand our business.”

AutoMaxi Solar is an established company located in Saint-Malo founded in 2016, which manufactures load bars and components for load carrying equipment’s. The company is one of the main suppliers to Mont Blanc Group.  Through the acquisition of AutoMaxi Solar, Mont Blanc Group continues to drive the development of load carrying solutions for cars in Europe. Further on the acquisition strongly contributes to Mont Blanc´s position as a viable supplier of products for both original equipment clients and aftermarket consumers. The ambition is to continue the development and offer of an attractive product portfolio to European customers.
